Refund Policy

At AmericanFlightHub, we want to make your travel experience as easy as possible. Here’s a simple guide to help you understand how to request a refund for bookings made through us.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team in writing. Refund processing can take anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks, as we work with airlines and other suppliers to handle your request.

Refunds for Airline Tickets

  • 1. Refundable Tickets: If you have a refundable ticket and need to cancel, you may get a full refund, minus any cancellation fees from the airline. These fees will depend on the airline’s policy.
  • 2. Partially Refundable Tickets: With partially refundable tickets, you may not get a full refund, but you could receive a partial refund or a travel voucher based on the airline’s rules.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Tickets: Non-refundable tickets are cheaper, but they don’t offer a refund if you cancel. However, if the airline permits, you may get a travel credit or voucher instead.

Refund Eligibility

  • 1. Cancellation Rules: You can only request a refund if you cancel according to the airline’s rules. The cancellation must be processed directly through AmericanFlightHub, and it shouldn’t be because of a no-show.
  • 2. Airline Waivers: Sometimes, we can help you get a waiver from the airline to process the refund, but this isn’t always possible. The airline or supplier will make the final decision.
  • 3. Service Fees: Any service fees paid for processing your booking are non-refundable. Also, if you cancel, there may be additional fees from AmericanFlightHub, but these will only apply if the airline has approved the refund.
